Hartmut Retzlaff is a German entrepreneur and investor.

As CEO of one of the largest German pharmaceutical companies, he led more than 10,000 employees and was responsible for an annual turnover of around 2.3 billion euros. His many years of experience, his economic expertise and his visionary and creative thinking have made him one of the most important figures in international economy. He now uses his worldwide network and entrepreneurial excellence to support future-oriented visions and projects.

Prof. Dr. med. Kai Uwe Chow is a specialist in internal medicine, hematology and oncology.

He worked at University Hospital Frankfurt from 1996 to 2004 and opened an Outpatient Cancer Center in Frankfurt in 2005. Furthermore he completed the excellence program for supervisory boards at Frankfurt School of Finance in 2014.

In particular, he has many years of experience in the treatment of hematological and oncological diseases, including all types of targeted therapies as monoclonal antibodies, small molecules, immuno-oncological therapeutics and check-point inhibitors.

His research focusses on the molecular mechanisms of action regarding new substances and their influence on programmed cell death (apoptosis), as well as the overcoming of resistance mechanisms.

His extensive knowledge and work in research, science, clinical trials and patient care make him a valuable medical advisor.
